Julia
Conlon has been celebrating her art professionally for over
twenty years. Recording lifes events, memories, and
inspiration in wonderful watercolour vignettes. A common theme
found in Julias work is the simple everyday events that
occur in our lives. Capturing a moment in time.

Time
passes so quickly and the pace today is fast and hectic. I
try to keep my life simple and capture in my paintings moments
I know will all too soon become fond memories.
Julias gallery is a century home located next to her
own home in Old Walkerville, a historic district in Windsor,
Ontario. There, with her husband Marty, and seven
children, Julia enjoys the laid back atmosphere of this old
neighborhood. It is from these surroundings that Julia finds
her subjects and inspiration.
I want people to look at my art and be reminded that
the simple pleasures in life are often the most fulfilling.
Julia has been displaying her work at galleries and shows
across Canada and the U.S. Over seventy reproductions of her
work have been published and many are sold out. With more
paintings and projects underway, Julia remains busy exploring
her expressions of life.
